Hi! I’m Angela Tucker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, providing virtual appointments to individuals, couples, and families located in Texas.

Therapy is a safe, welcoming space to explore, heal, and grow. You’re the expert of your own life—I’m just here to support and partner with you as you work toward your goals. We'll focus on recognizing your strengths and opening up to fresh ways of thinking. Remember, this is your story—you're in charge, and you have the power to rewrite it. My hope is to help you feel confident in your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.

I work with people who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My role is to support and guide you on your unique path, encouraging emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Together, we'll help you feel empowered to create the meaningful change you're looking for.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I currently serve as an HR executive, supporting employees and leadership through workplace stress, conflict, burnout, and organizational change. Being actively involved in the corporate world gives me a unique perspective on how work cultures, expectations, and performance pressures impact mental health and relationships. I understand what it’s like to navigate demanding environments, manage competing priorities, set boundaries, and advocate for yourself professionally—and I bring that insight into the therapy room in a grounded and practical way.
