Hi there and welcome! I’m Andrea, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor in Texas. I currently provide telehealth services to those residing in the State of Texas and in-person sessions in the Clear Lake City area of Houston, Texas working with individual adults, teens, and preteens. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all mode of therapy; however, I do pull heavily from my training in family systems and feminist theory.  I believe individuals are impacted positively and negatively by the relationships, social and cultural constructs, and other systems surrounding them. I am also a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and work hard to make our office an inclusive, safe space for all.

My mission is to help clients see the good in themselves, feel confident in their abilities, discover their passions, and accomplish their goals. I am especially passionate about working with women who may be struggling with anxiety, and depression, creating boundaries in their relationships with others, and finding their voice.

As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, I have specialized training in childhood mental health and development. I offer in-person and telehealth counseling for ages 9 and up utilizing developmentally and neuroaffirming methods. I also provide parent coaching to help you feel more confident helping your child at home and school. As the mom of a 10 and 6-year-old, I know how beneficial it can be to have someone to support you in your parenting journey.
